This particular cuff features a gorgeous, unique piece of Kyanite and a small piece of a Cat cone shell. I am particularly happy with this piece, as I love to collect the little bits of shells we have here on island, many of which have been smoothed out by the ocean waves in the same way that sea glass is polished. Up until now I've kept my collection of these bits and pieces, unsure of what to create with them. I'm so happy to say that I've finally found it! Pairing this Calf cone shell with this Kyanite piece really brings together these two amazing elements, that I'm sure will become a favorite to those who, like me, are constantly amazed by what nature can produce.
This cuff is made with thick Sterling Silver wire and although sturdy, is adjustable. It will best fit medium sized wrists, but may be opened or closed to accommodate a variety of sizes. The picture above shows it a little further up on my arm, as I have a small wrist, about halfway between my elbow and wrist. Both the Kyanite stone and the Calf Cone shell piece have been carefully set into a bezel using fine and sterling silver. This piece took me forever, but it was so worth it!
